When it comes to the First Lady, even the most well known designers are trying to get to her by creating the perfect pieces that match her body shape perfectly. And you can say what you may, but the new First Lady Melania Trump has a figure that can handle even the most stylish dresses out there.

Well, it seems like there’s a surprisingly long list of designers that don’t give a heck about Melania’s body shape or her popularity as a First Lady.

Do Mark Jacobs and Tom Ford ring a bell?

Of course, there were quite a few designers who offered unique creations in no time, including Tommy Hilfiger, Thom Browne and others. But there is a pretty large amount of well-known fashion names who already declared that they’d rather do something else than dress the First Lady of the U.S.

Here are their reasons:

Tom Ford

“Given this President’s beliefs about ‘made in America’ I think the clothes they wear should be made in America.”  Tom’s creations are made in Italy and then shipped to the U.S. He went on to explain “I don’t think most women or men in our country can relate to that, and I think the First Lady or the President should represent all people.”
