- El Hotel del Salto, Colombia
Tequendama Falls or Salto del Tequendama is a major tourist attraction and is located at southwest of Bogota, the capital of Colombia. This waterfall is surrounded with nature and the thousands of tourist who visit this area are amazed. If you came here you also must visit the abandoned Hotel del Santo, the view is breathtaking. There are many legends about this abandoned place. According to one of this legends, during the Spanish conquest in South America, the indigenous people, in order to escape slavery, they would jump off the Salto Del Tequendama to become eagles and finding their freedom. In the early ’90 the hotel was closed down and now has been reopened and turned into a museum.

This is an old fishing hut in Germany’s Obersee lake. The Obersee lake is inside the Berchtesgaden National Park, this area of natural beauty is protected and includes 210 square kilometers.
- SS Ayrfield, Homebush Bay, Australia
The rusty shipwreck with massive vegetation on it, it’s stuck in west of Sydney, Australia. The ship was a steel-hulled, single screw, steam collier of 1140 tonnes and 79.1m in length. It was used to transport supplies to American troops, which were in the Pacific region during WWII.
- George’s Abbey in the Black Forest
St. George’s Abbey in the Black Forest was a Benedictine monastery in the southern Black Forest. The monastery was founded in 1084-85 by the source of the Brigach, against the background of the Investiture Controversy, as a result of the community of interests of the Swabian aristocracy and the church reform party, the founders being Hezelo and Hesso of the family of the Vögte of Reichenau, and the politically influential Abbot William of Hirsau.
- Craco, Italy
Craco was once a monastic center, a feudal town and center of education with a university, castle, church, and plazas. Now is an abandoned medieval village located in the Region of Basilicata and the Province of Matera in Italy. Periodic earthquakes were the cause of destruction and therefor it was abandoned in 1963.
- Kalavantin Durg near Panvel, India
According to some stories, this fort was built for a queen named Kalavantin. From the hill you can see Peb, Matheran, Ershal, Chanderi and Mumbai. Here, the Adivasi People of Machi-Prabal village are dancing on every Holi Festival at the top of Kalavantin Fort. You also have to know that Kalavantin Durg it’s a fort which can only be accessed by climbing the narrow stairs cut.
