In Tianjin City, China it’s opened a prison-themed restaurant. This restaurant wants to give people a taste of prison life and it’s decked out to look like a genuine Chinise prison. Customers have their meals while they are seated in separate iron cages. Technically, they are locked up in barred cells and place their orders on an iPad-menu. The menu it’s a fusion between traditional Chinise food and western food. The atmosphere is awkward and dark. The owner of the restaurant said that he wants customers to “cherish their freedom and stay away from crimes”.
