Owners of black cars in Turkmenistan’s capital are dealing with a huge problem. Black cars have been made illegal starting with January 2018 in the city of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Without even bothering to notify the owners, police started towing black cars. Owners of black cars in the city of Ashgabat are forced to repaint their cars white or a light color.
