In 2017, there was an error on the big night of the Oscars, which the whole Internet refers to as #EnvelopeGate. The presenters, Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty presented the movie La La Land and its producers as being the winners of Best Picture.
The “winner” group came on the stage and were halfway through their acceptance speeches before they realized that they weren’t the actual champs. The award was actually meant for those who worked on the movie Moonlight.
Fred Berger, the producer of the La La Land movie grabbed the mic and said “we lost by the way, but you know”.

I will NEVER watch an old or new movie with will Smith in it EVER!!!! He has disrespected the academy, the entire entertainment industry, all adults watching and especially young adults and children!!!
Absolutely Will Smith should not have slapped Chris Rock even though he made a joke about Pinket Smith and her hair. Chris Rock did not know she had alopecia. Will Smith totally lost it. Will not watch the Oscar’s anymore.
