Natalie Portman
While still in high school, Portman co-wrote A Simple Method to Demonstrate the Enzymatic Production of Hydrogen from Sugar with scientists Ian Hurley and Jonathan Woodward. The paper was published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal NeuroImage. She is the first Harvard graduate to win an Oscar and has a B.A. in psychology.
