Actor Kit Harington, best known for starring in the show “The Game of Thrones”, joined other actors, such as David Tennant, Adrian Lester, Hugh Bonneville, and Simon Pegg to help raise $120 million for the Disasters Emergency Committee.
This is a union of 15 important nonprofit humanitarian organizations from the United Kingdom, supporting help regarding the situation crisis in Ukraine.
5. Hayden Panettiere
American singer and actress Hayden Panettiere has started a foundation called the Hoplon International Relief Fund in order “to bring relief and aid directly to Ukrainians on the front lines”.
The star has a 7-year-old daughter from her previous relationship with former professional boxer Wladimir Klitschko. The celebrity stated that she believes that this fund can “make a difference in their fight”.
