Electricity deficiency
Aside from being deprived of mobile phones, TVs and internet access, North Koreans are also deprived in receiving the normal amount of electricity they need. Only the elite people obtain mobile phones, internet access and they have a limited access to electricity, because they can enjoy an hour or two of electricity daily.
