In 2011, Mohammed Liaqat was found guilty of many offenses including rape and sexual assault. Unfortunately, Liaqat’s minimum sentence runs out in 2018. Like may other rapists, Liaqat plied his victims with drugs and alcohol and he took them to rented houses and hotels across the Midlands.
Kevin Gates
Kevin Gates was granted parole and released on January 10, 2018. He is a popular rapper, but he had real problems with the law. He was briefly arrested when he was only 13 for being part of a gang that stole a car. In 2003, Gates was arrested for stabbing someone in front of a movie theater.
