3. Henn-Na Hotel – Japan
Many people when going on vacation look for destinations where they can explore the areas rich history, however, this accommodation gives you a glimpse into our likely future as it claims to be the world’s first hotel entirely staffed by robots!
The original Henn na (a play on a Japanese word meaning strange) Hotel opened in July 2015 near the Dutch theme park Huis Ten Bosch in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture. The park itself opened in 1992, dubbing itself an “Eco-Friendly Future City.”
