Cookies are a wonderful snack. We are in love with them, they are soft, tasty, have different DELICIOUS flavors and you can stuff yourself with as many as you want to and you never truly feel full.
Baking them is an art, and you can be as creative as you possibly wish, you can add chocolate chips, marshmallows, cinnamon, caramel, jam and so much more, there are no rules to it, really.
But let’s face the reality: they don’t always end up as good as we wanted them to. And sometimes that’s because we didn’t follow some basic rules or tips in the whole cooking process.
