4. Elvis Presley and Priscilla 

The well-known king of rock&roll, Elvis Presley, met his wife, Priscilla when she was only 14 years old. She was invited to one of his parties, and as she stated in her memoir, “Elvis and Me: The True Story of the Love Between Priscilla Presley and the King of Rock N’ Roll”, Elvis tried to get her attention the whole night.

Priscilla felt special that the rock&roll star was attracted to her. Eight years after they met, they got married on May 1, 1967, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

They were married for six years, and together they have a daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. In her book, Priscilla stated that she felt left out when she was married to the star. She felt like she couldn’t have a life of her own because she followed her husband everywhere he went.

She also said that Elvis was the love of her life, and the divorce didn’t happen because she didn’t love him, but only because she wanted to know the world as Priscilla, not as Elvis Presley’s wife.
