Sharon Osbourne is open about her plastic surgery journey. She started with liposuction on her neck, lifted her neck, breasts and had her tummy tucked. Osbourne also had implants inserted. The final cost was around $160,000.

And the prize goes to Joan Rivers, who has had over 348 plastic surgeries! Allegedly, she started this at the age of 32 and she had a lot of procedures done. She did an eyelid lift, two facelifts, one nose job, and a few Botox jabs.
