Freida Pinto and Dev Patel fell in love on the set of the Oscar winning film Slumdog Millionaire in 2008. It is no secret that they had a six year relationship after gaining international fame together. The couple used to describe one another as “soul mates” and the people around them saw the chemistry between them.
Unfortunately, their relationship didn’t last, but you know, even soul mates can break up and choose different paths. However, Pinto said that she chose to break up with Patel because she wanted to focus more on herself, as well as to learn how to love herself more.
