4. Bicep curls

For this exercise, you can stand up or down, it’s up to you. If you don’t have any equipment at home, you can grab some water bottles or some cans, grocery bags, wine bottles – just be creative, almost everything can count as weights.

Hold your weights in each hand, while you keep your arms by your side. Make sure your elbows are close to your torso, while your palms are facing forward. Begin by curling the weights up, until you reach your shoulder level and then slowly put them back down.

Perform 3 sets of 15 repetitions each. Don’t forget to inhale when your curling the weights and exhale when you put them back down.

Takeaway

By doing some sort of physical activity when you’re watching TV, you won’t feel the urge to finish your workout quickly. You won’t feel the time passing, you’ll do something good four yourself and also, you’ll have some fun.

Don’t forget to stretch afterwards, drink plenty of water and eat a healthy and balanced meal. You should feel energized, nice and sweaty. If you feel like this was too easy for you, feel free to repeat this whole routine 2 more times.

Keep up with your workouts and you’ll be golden! The only workout that doesn’t count is the one that didn’t happen, so if you can only exercise when you’re watching TV, you do you!
