The famous mansion, known for its world-class celebrity parties and in-house stories, was built in 1927 and purchased by Playboy Enterprises in 1971 for just over $1 million.
It has 29 rooms and includes a games house, a cinema, a wine cellar, a fitness room, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a 4-bedroom guest house.
After being bought by Hefner, the mansion and its many adjacent elements, such as a swimming pool in a cave, became a favorite place of many Hollywood stars, where spectacular parties were organized, often with lascivious connotations. That’s what living the life means, I guess.
