7. Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger – Terminator 2: Judgement Day
This is one of the worst accidents that happened on set. During a scene, Arnold shot his gun a few times in an elevator before Linda could put her ear plugs. Now she has permanent hearing damage in one ear.
