Nowadays, it’s really hard for a new app to get noticed, because our world has plenty of apps, when we are speaking of messaging ones. But, surprisingly, a new app, named “Die With Me” managed to be in line with Skype and Whatsapp.
This new chat app can only be used when you have less than 5% battery left, and it allows you to log into an online chatroom with other strangers who have the same problem as you.
The main idea behind this “Die With Me” app was to change the frustrating “low battery anxiety” into a positive feeling, as the developers of this app put it; “die together in a chatroom on your way to offline peace.” “We wanted to do something positive with a low battery,” Depoorter said to Motherboard. “Now we see people happy with a low battery, having low-battery conversations.”
