Charlize Theron is a South African and American actress and producer who received numerous awards for her performance in various films, including an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Golden Globe Award. Theron is one of the highest paid actresses in the world, as well as one of the most beautiful stars of all time. In 2016, she was named one of the world’s most influential people by Time magazine.
However, she rose to fame after starring in the supernatural horror film The Devil’s Advocate (1997). Her father was an alcoholic and one day he threatened Charlize and her mother while he was drunk. So, after physically attacking her mother, he took a gun and said that he would kill them, but her mother retrieved her own handgun and killed him, as an act of self-defense.
