Let’s say you want to try out some pasta at an Italian restaurant. Which one are you more likely to choose: shrimp spaghetti or shrimp scampi tagliatelle? Probably the second one, because it sounds more authentic to the Italian cuisine. That’s just one of the many tricks used by Italian, Greek or French restaurants to make you pay more for food that’s pretty much the same regardless of the menu presentation.
