Losing weight 

We tend to overeat during the holidays because our mind finds some excuses for this behavior and to get rid of that guilt we set a goal to lose weight from the beginning of the New Year. But what most people probably know is that we lose this motivation, because we used it as an excuse initially, and it wasn’t determination in the true sense of the word! The truth is that cold spreads over us and it’s better to find excuses for not going to the gym than being healthy (not!).
