We’re all made to live as a group, to communicate and share our thoughts with others. Pretending that everything’s alright won’t make things any easier for you – on the contrary! Keeping feelings all to yourself will make the negative emotions gather up day by day. The healthiest thing to do is to talk to somebody – anybody – about your problems; not to expect a specific answer, but to clear up your thoughts and be calmer.
