On Black Friday or during an end-of-season sale, Walmart offers some great deals on gift cards that are worth buying. Again, this only happens once or twice a year, because, for the most part, you’re going to find better savings on gift cards at warehouses like Costco or Sam’s Club, where the cash cards are sold at a discount 365 days a year.
