Don’t eat too much food at one meal

One of the most important things that you have to pay more attention to if you want to reduce bloating and other possible health issues that may occur in the future is to adjust the amount of food that you eat in a day or at every meal.

First of all, it is very important to understand that your brain needs a few minutes after you eat to realize that you are actually full. Therefore, you should stop eating before your stomach feels full and bloated.

If you feel uncomfortable after eating, it is recommended to try smaller portions instead. So it is better to eat small portions, but add another meal or snack, if necessary.
