It may look nice on the outside, but this body modification is far from simple. First of all, a (great) piercer needs to design a series of piercings that are perfectly parallel to the spine. After they all heal, the clinet can create different designs using ribbons and other materials.
Corset Piercings are very hard to clean and they can easily lead to infections.. not to mention how painful they are.
