8. Prypiat – Ukraine
Prypiat is a small city where the horrible Cernobyl disaster took place back in 1986.
It was the worst nuclear disaster that ever happened in history.
Although only 31 people died due to the explosion, the nuclear radiations caused body malfunctions, cancer and severe health issues to those that inhaled them – especially pregnant women.
