This tip may require a bit of math on your part, but it’s worth checking out. Some carriers actually offer savings if you book in their native currency. The savings may range from a couple of dollars to over $100. It really depends on which currency your homeland uses and which currency your destination country uses. For example, a round-trip from New York to London with Norwegian Airlines, which costs $495 (USD) can be purchased instead in the Norwegian currency (Norwegian krone) to save you $99!
