Say what? Apparently, the Rural Opportunity Zones are willing to offer 5 years of tax waivers for those willing to start their lives here. Also, most of these areas provide student-loan repayments of up to $15,000. However, in order to get the benefits, you must have lived outside Kansas for at least 5 years. Right now, there are some waiting lists there, but hey! It’s pretty amazing!
