There is nothing wrong with needing a break from time to time. A moment when you feel like not doing anything, just lying down, being a couch potato and catching up on your favorite shows on TV or online.
We all need some time off every now and then, but that doesn’t mean it should become our normal life, especially when it comes to physical activity.
In order to have a healthy and balanced life, you should try and get some exercise in at least a few minutes a day. This way you’ll keep your heart and lungs healthy and your body fit.
