Steven Seagal
Steven Seagal is an American actor, screenwriter and producer. Seagal also holds Russian and Serbian citizenship. He started his career as a martial arts instructor in Japan, but he later moved to Los Angeles where he did the same thing. After a few years of martial arts, he decided to try his luck and pursue an acting career.
It all started when one of his martial arts students, talent agent Michael Ovitz, introduced Seagal to producer and film director Andrew Davis. Davis thought Seagal was perfect for a role in his action thriller film Above the Law (1988).
