5. Mark Salling
Mark Salling starred in the 2009-2015 series Glee on Fox television, playing the role of Puck, a bully football player who reveals a gentler side when he joins the Glee club. Prior to this series, the actor had several minor roles in films, including the 1996 horror film Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering.
But Salling’s success didn’t last long, as he was arrested by Los Angeles police in late 2015. Thousands of disgustingly inappropriate snapshots and videos with children, especially girls, were found in his home, which is why his case was transferred to federal authorities.
Given that he faced up to 20 years in prison for this despicable crime, Mark Salling pleaded guilty, with his sentence being reduced to anywhere between 4 and 7 years in prison.
