Jelly shoes were easily one of the dumbest fashion trends during the decade, and yet they were incredibly popular, especially with teenage girls. You would see these girls with their Lisa Frank backpacks and folders wearing these horrendous jelly shoes at schools across the country, and it’s one of those random fashion trends that will never make sense.
