Lindsay Lohan
In 2007, Lohan was arrested after a wild high-speed chase involving her former assistant and A LOT of a drinking. After a night on the town, she commandeered a car with three guys she’d been out drinking with, and chased down her assistant all along the Pacific Coast Highway at speeds exceeding 100mph. She was later busted for a DUI along with cocaine possession.
