During filming of 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith, rumors ran rampant about Brad Pitt’s blossoming relationship with co-star (Mrs. Smith) Angelina Jolie, especially after photos emerged of the duo looking quite cozy on set.
Pitt was still married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston during filming. It was more than the couple could withstand, and Pitt and Aniston split up for good in January 2005.
