Eating chocolate could be good for your health if you choose the right one. “Look for a bar with a high cocoa content-70 percent or more,” says Stokes. “Not a milk-chocolate Hershey’s Kiss.” It is recommended to eat cocoa because it contains a high quantity of antioxidants that can improve your health condition. 

“Dark chocolate may be a pleasant and effective way of delivering important dietary components that can provide health benefits to the ever increasing numbers of people at increased risk of cardiovascular disease,” says researcher Christopher M. Reid, Ph.D., professor of cardiovascular epidemiology and preventive medicine at Monash University in Australia.
