Set some weight goals to stay motivated

You will achieve success when you learn to celebrate every small step. So, the best solution, in this case, is to set some weight goals. For instance, if you want to lose 30 pounds, you should set three goals of 10 pounds each and this way you will be motivated to achieve more.
