Focus on your breathing

As I said before, me time is not just about being alone or getting involved in various activities, but it is about doing things that can help you stay as relaxed as possible.

Imagine that you work all day long without breaks, you will see that you will be exhausted, dehydrated and hungry because you won’t have time to do what’s essential for your comfort and well being. Well, me time helps you recharge a little from time to time.

You may not always be able to order things online or get moving, especially if you are at work or waiting for the bus, but instead of checking your phone, you can focus more on your breathing. Therefore, try to put the phone away and inhale and exhale consciously through the diaphragm. According to experts, deep breathing can help you be calmer and more relaxed, while increasing your happiness and energy levels.
