5. Old mascara
This is another hard one for women, but it is necessary.
You should throw away your mascara tubes two or three months after opening them, because liquid makeup, like mascara, can harbor a lot of germs. Even though you may not wear makeup every day and you don’t open your mascara that often, you still need to throw it away, because you don’t want to risk developing some eye issues.
Now, given the fact that eyelashes help us by keeping debris and germs away from our eyes, it’s important to keep the makeup we use as germ-free as possible.
