2. Antibacterial soap

This may come as a surprise, but antibacterial soap is no more effective at killing bacteria than a regular soap. Moreover, according to the FDA, antibacterial soap may even not be safe for regular use, because it contains an active ingredient called triclosan, that researchers found it can alter hormone regulation in animals.

It is believed that if you overuse antibacterial soap, you can actually reduce the healthy bacteria that it is on your skin. These products contain added chemicals, so they can remove the natural oils that your skin has and will make it dry.

Also, there are people who think that if they use hand sanitizer or antibacterial soap, they won’t have to wash their hands as frequently or as thoroughly, but it is not the case. In order to keep the bad bacteria as far from you as possible, you still need to keep up with you entirely hygiene.

You should let this next one just run away…..
