The Tables Aren’t Cleared
It’s one thing to wait a minute until the waiter takes your dishes, but spending more than 10 minutes with dirty plates in front of you is already unacceptable. This is clearly a sign that you shouldn’t come again to a restaurant where employees aren’t taught to keep their clients’ tables clean.
