Managers Don’t Get Involved
The main requirement of a good restaurant is a good team spirit – and that includes the manager and the owner. When the staff are busy doing something else, a manager should always be willing to step in and help out. After all, those clients put his money in the pocket, right? If you notice that you’re being ignored while the manager/owner just sits in a corner, there’s something wrong.
