Skin46 is a company that it’s specialized in creating tattoo inks from medically clean organic carbon extracted from either animal or human hair. So, if you want to get this type of tattoo, you need to send them 5 grams of hair that will be processed – a batch costs $720. “I’ve got my own children under my skin and I can tell you – This is an amazing feeling!” the Skin46 founder said.

One more time. NECK tattoos. Not tattoos. Tattoos are awesome, people with tattoos are awesome. People with neck tattoos not so much. Seems like such a simple concept yet so many people are having a hard time grasping it
