Those survival TV shows really teach you smart things. When hypothermia hits you, you hardly realize it – so make sure to stay alert and move your extremities to notice any changes. Also, if your clothes get wet and it’s cold outside, it’s literally better to take them off and start a fire than to keep them on like that.
