7. Stanley Hotel – Colorado
If you’re familiar with Stephen King’s story ‘The Shining,’ you should know that this is the hotel that inspired him to write the novel.
Although King stayed at room 217 when he wrote the story, it’s in fact room 418 that’s considered to be the most haunted one.
