Between February 9-13, tourists can have the time of their life thanks to the Mardi Gras Carnival Season – and nobody celebrates it better than New Orleans. Until then, though, spending at least a couple of day exploring their Christmas & New Year’s Eve cozy atmosphere lit by bright, colourful lights.
