As it upset a lot of people, measures got taken to remove the line from the movie’s trailer, but Vaughn didn’t agree with it and thought the preview should be left alone. Due to the actor’s choice in this matter, Ellen DeGeneres didn’t sit well with the remark in the movie’s preview, and the actor was allegedly not allowed on her show for a couple of years.
