Right before appearing on the show, the host, Piers Morgan, placed a picture of the actor and Camille Grammer in the opening credits.
The problem with that? Kelsey and Camille had just gotten through a VERY ugly divorce mainly because Kelsey left her for his current lady. Kelsey asked Piers to remove the picture, but Piers refused so right before giving the interview on the show, the ”Frasier” actor stood his ground and decided to walk off-set before giving the interview.
Pierce Morgan gave a masterclass on ground-standing, and he decided that Kelsey Grammer is banned for life from his show.
