No matter what you may think about Britney Spears and/or her talent, there’s no way anyone could perform ‘…Baby One More Time’ better than her. Or that’s what we think.
It was actually TLC who should’ve recorded the song, but they ended up rejecting it. Here’s what T-Boz declared for MTV a while ago:
“I was like, I like the song but do I think it’s a hit? Do I think it’s TLC? I’m not saying ‘hit me baby.’ No disrespect to Britney. It’s good for her. But was I going to say ‘hit me baby one more time’? Hell no!”
