Choose your goals wisely

We tend to set our goals based on what people think, or on our beliefs influenced by society, but one of the most important rules that you have to take into consideration when trying to stay motivated is to make sure that your goals are what you really want. In other words, if you truly believe in your dreams and think that achieving that specific goal will make you happier, then you will surely find your motivation. 

“One of the biggest challenges in staying motivated and sticking to our goals is in making sure that the goals we have set our ones we really want to attain,” Strunks said. “Sometimes we set goals based on what we think we ‘should’ do. Or we base them on what other people say.”
