Staying in shape is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health. So, you don’t have to look for excuses like going to the gym is expensive, instead, why not take advantage of the nature around you to work out for free in the great outdoors. 

All you have to do is to check the weather and go for a run in the park. If you have ambition and motivation you can do whatever you want, from walking to swimming. The skies the limit, especially as it’s now right above your head.
